Bienaventurado Es El Uno: (Blessed Is The One) Henri Star Music Video World Premier and Concert February 5

In an exclusive video screening and concert, Henri Star  will   premiere the cinematic music video ‘Bienaventurado Es El Uno’ (Blessed Is The One), on Saturday, February 5 at  The Buffalo History Museum, 1 Museum Court  6 p.m.

Bienaventurado Es El Uno is the 9th track from Henri Star’s 2021 Album “Awaken!”. The music video depicts the story of El Mariachi (played Henri Star), and the search for His Eternal Beloved (played by model and vocalist Maya By Name); a search which has crossed decades, centuries, millennia, and asks the question: will they finally be reunited?

Filmed and Directed by Korey Green of Black Rose Production House, the video features music, dance, passion, and suspense. “This work of Art has been Divinely inspired from the moment the lyrics were revealed to me, to composing and recording the music, to filming the video,”  said Henri Star. I am excited to share the latest stage of this project with the world.!”

In addition to the video premier and in honor of Black History Month, Henri Star and the Muhammad School of Music (MSOM) Chamber Players will present the music of Ludwig van Beethoven. Beethoven is one of classical music’s most prolific composers, and was of African descent.
