Links Inc. 2021 Scholarship Recipients

The Buffalo (NY) Chapter of the Links, Incorporated hosted a virtual Scholarship Awards Program June 13th. Over $10,000 was awarded and 14 scholarships were given overall. Nine Scholarships were awarded to graduating seniors who were outstanding in their academic achievements and who are entering college in the Fall of 2021.In addition to the scholarships that were awarded to area graduating seniors, there were also two recipients of the James Patterson Engineering Scholarship for graduating Seniors going into an Engineering Program or current College student majoring in Engineering. New this year was the Joan E. Sutton Memorial Scholarship, awarded to African Females age 21 & older interested in continuing education or a special activity/project. There were three recipients of this special Scholarship. Evelyn L. Kerney PhD., is President Buffalo (NY) Chapter of The Links, Inc.
