Western Conference

#1 Utah beat #8 Memphis  4-1. Donovan Mitchell is a star rising.

#2 Phoenix beat the #7 L.A. Lakers  4-2. Anthony Davis’s continued ailments proved  to be too much to overcome as Devin  Booker looks to become “legendary”!

#3 Denver  beat  #6 Portland  4-2. Dame Lillard didn’t have enough help as this year’s probable MVP, Jokic showed  why he’s in the running to win it.

#4 L. A. Clippers beat #5  Dallas  4-3. Two was better than one in this series as Paul George and Kawhi Leonard put a stop to whatever Luka magic there was left in the only game seven of the first round.

Eastern Conference

#1 Philadelphia beat #8 Washington 4-1. Westbrook and Beal were not enough to  contend with the other probable MVP Embiid and his sidekick Ben Simmons.

#2 Brooklyn beat #7 Boston 4-1. The new BIG THREE  showed another  superstar in the making, Jason Tatum what life without all your parts on a team can lead to.

#3 Milwaukee vs #6 Miami  4-0. The reigning MVP, Giannis and the rest of  the Bucks expunged the Heat before a four alarm blaze could get started.

#4 Knicks vs #5 Atlanta 4-1

My beloved New York Knicks with an  unbelievable season made it to the  playoffs only to run into a Young Hawk  rising  (pun intended).
