Joyelle Hackett : VA’s EEO Program Director is Committed to Community

Joyelle Hackett (pictured above)  serves as the Equal Employment Opportunities Program Director as well as the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Minority Veterans Program Coordinator for the Veterans Administration (VA) WNY Healthcare System. 

She provides advocacy, training and consultation in the areas of Equal Employment, DEI (diversity, equity& inclusion) Leadership Development, Recruitment, Retention, Career Development, and Cultural Competency.

Joyelle has spent a long career in the Private and Government sector as a Change Agent Coach, helping individuals and organizations achieve results that require lasting changes in human behavior. 

She is also a certified Mediator and certified Trainer for organizations such as Franklin Covey, Vital, and Vanderbilt University to name a few. 

Joyelle is a charismatic, motivational speaker and large group facilitator that easily engages her audience through connection, storytelling, and her own personal and professional expertise.

As a new resident of Buffalo, Joyelle is committed to her community to improve economic opportunities, increase equal employment opportunities for minorities, and serve the under employed in lower economic areas of WNY. 

She is a proud wife and Mother to three.
