The Buffalo (NY) Chapter of the Links, Incorporated hosted a virtual program on Sunday, March 14th in observance of Women’s History Month. “SHEroes: Frontline Workers of the Coronavirus Pandemic.” The program was hosted by the Buffalo (NY) Chapter of the Links, Inc. Women’s Issues Committee. The 5 Honorees (left to right ) are; Mrs. Rita Hubbard- Robinson, Ms. Kelly Diane Galloway, Mrs. Mariyama Ajamu; Mrs. Dawn Martin Berry-Walker and Mrs. Juweria Dahir. Mayor Byron W. Brown gave remarks and presented each Honoree with a Proclamation. Remarks were also given by Council Member Pastor Ulysees O. Wingo, Sr. as well as a Certificate of Recognition. The program was in recognition of the ongoing service, commitment and dedication that these 5 Honorees have given to the Western New York Community during the unprecedented times of the Coronavirus Pandemic.
