For the second year in a row, Antoine Thompson has been named to the Top 200 Most Powerful Leaders in Residential Real Estate List. Thompson, a. Buffalo native, is the Executive director of The National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), a position he has held since 2015.
Thompson oversees the nation’s oldest minority real estate association, which has close to 20,000 members who champion the development of Black real estate professionals and focus on increasing homeownership rates among Black Americans. A former New York state senator, he owns a cultural and entertainment magazine and a consulting firm.
He is one of only four African Americans named to the Top 200 list of influential executives.
