Celebrating A Woman Who Fights for Change and Wins!

Cariol  Horne and her amazing group of supporters  celebrated her in MLK Park recently! Cariol was also  featured on the front page of the October 26 Chicago Tribune and recently after Buffalo Common Council passed Cariol’s law after several weeks  Mayor Brown Signed it into Law on October 28th  !
