A Loan Officer / Loan Originator will be ready to schedule a one~on~one appointment with you.
During the interview feel free to ask questions on what is required.
Here are some necessary items to assemble in advance: Employment information ,W2 form, current pay stubs, Self employed provide 1099 Form, two years of recent Income tax returns, Pension, Survivor and Social Security benefits and Child support
Again all forms of income must be verifiable, in order to be considered as supportable income. Upon getting pre~approved, you will receive a disclosure of the approval in writing. The approval will include your amount of eligibility.
Next ,begin to inquire with others as a referral for an experienced Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. You can also contact a real estate office for more guidance on your selection. The Agent will require the pre~approval in advance of viewing homes.
Both parties will be able to select homes within the acceptable amounts. Taking these steps will be worthwhile, as you begin your “Home Search Journey”
