Three initiatives must be implemented ASAP to reduce the number of new COVID 19 infections in the minority community and on the eastside of Buffalo.

1. Establish a centrally located, county-run, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) distribution center where  government issued disposable masks, vinyl gloves and hand sanitizer can be secured by residents at no cost to them.

2. Develop a community driven, COVID 19 Intervention Plan that focuses on identifying, targeting and testing, at random, individuals from highly impacted zip codes for the Coronavirus, to reduce the effect of virus transmission from asymptomatic carriers.

3. Initiate a Stay, Stand and Stop media and public relations campaign to increase community awareness of COVID 19:

STAY AT HOME!

STAND 6 FEET APART!

STOP CONGREGATING IN CROWDS!
