Now in its 48th season, the world-renowned Garth Fagan Dance – deemed “unfailingly original” by the New York Times—joins the seventh annual Rochester Fringe Festival with a series of up close and personal performances. Attendees will see a rare glimpse into the dancers’ closed rehearsal process and the debut of three new company dancers.
Performances will include sneak previews of Garth Fagan ‘s newest work as well as the ninth choreographic work of longtime dancer and muse Norwood Pennewell! Performances will be held in the Garth Fagan Dance Studio Theatre at 50 Chestnut Street in downtown Rochester.
Evening performances will take place at 7p.m on September 13th, 14th, 20th, and 21st. And matinee performances on the September 15th and 22nd at 2 p.m. will include a performance by the Garth Fagan Dance School Student Ensemble. For tickets: Tickets may be purchased
