Bennett Tigers Break Lancaster Legends 3 Year Winning Streak 42-35!

The Bennett Tigers rallied from a 35-24 deficit in the third quarter to beat Lancaster 42-35 .

The Legends had entered the game ranked #1 in NYS in Class AA in the latest NYS rankings

Bennett rolled up 463 yards of offense in the win.

D’Jae Perry led the Tigers’ ground attack as he rushed for 275 yards and 2 TDs on 12 carries.

Perry scored on runs of 57 and 69 yards.

Semaj Clemons added 90 yards and a TD on 7 carries while Justin Campbell rushed 6 times for 70 yards and a TD.

Bennett QB Aaron Smith completed 7 of 11 passes for 81 yards and a TD.

He also tossed a pair of 2-point PAT passes. Smith tossed an 18-yard TD pass to Austin Grimes.

Jakari Nettles led the defense as he made 7 tackles and recorded a pair of QB sacks.

Jeremiah Williams made 7 tackles and had 1 sack.
